In-stock pieces typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

If your order includes a combination of made-to-order and in-stock pieces, the entire order will ship once all items are complete.

Returns are accepted on non-custom pieces within 7 days of delivery. To initiate, contact hello@bearingsnyc.com with your order details.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Non-compliant returns may be refused.

A 20% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Sizing is not eligible for return. Resizing may be available for a $50 fee, plus shipping.

To care for solid gold pieces:

• Clean gently with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush
• Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth
• Avoid harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, household cleaners)
• Avoid abrasive surfaces and prolonged exposure to water (pools, hot tubs, showers)

To prevent tarnish and oxidation:

• Avoid swimming, bathing, or showering while wearing your jewelry
• Store your piece in its dust bag or box when not in use

If tarnishing occurs, gently clean the piece with the polishing cloth.
